In our restaurant, we combine regional cuisine with seasonal ingredients and a distinctive style. Carefully selected local produce forms the basis of our dishes – freshly prepared and cooked with attention to detail. Inspired by Swabian tradition, we create dishes that focus on craftsmanship and flavour. A place for enjoyable evenings – for our hotel guests as well as visitors from the local area.
